Addition to an existing house located in San Diego totals of 978 SQF that includes a living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Client main concern was to stay under 1000 SQF as well as to have a large living area with large window facing north. Originally the area where the addition will be added is a large terrace in the back of the house.
